As we get closer to the start of our pre season training programme, our sponsors Back in Motion have developed a strength and conditioning program for our members.

With only a couple of short months until our pre season starts, our strength & conditioning program will have you ready to make the most of your pre season cricket training. This means people will likely go into the cricket pre season with the conditioning required. A load of 20% extra than normal weekly load means your are 50-60% more likely to do an injury!

To combat this our Exercise scientist and soon to be Club Physiotherapist Daniel Valeri from Back in Motion is providing online training guides to follow. These exercises will reduce your chance of injuries. Consider this the fitness aspect of your preseason.
