“Celebrating our 140th year in season 2023/24”

 

Mitcham Cricket Club has a long and proud history which dates way back to 1883. Located at Walker Park on Maroondah Highway,  Mitcham Cricket Club is a founding member of Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Association and has a long history of success, with 65 premierships, including 15 in the top grade.

In season 2023/2024, Mitcham will field 5 senior sides, 2 veterans sides, and 10 junior sides, which includes a girls side. The club also boasts one of the largest Woolworths Junior Blasters programs in the region. The 1st XI competes in the highest grade in BHRDCA, the Ray McIntosh Shield.

Mitcham is a family-friendly cricket club who encourage the involvement of people of all ages and their families in our club’s activities and social functions.  The Mitcham Cricket Club is always on the lookout for new players and supporters and would welcome any senior, junior or veteran cricketers who are interested in joining our club.

Mitcham CC is based at Walker Park on Maroondah Highway. It features large, modern change rooms, a grand-stand, 4 training nets and other high quality social facilities.

It is the home ground of our 1st and 2nd XI, known as “The MCG of the East”. Best ground in the BHRDCA….
